A large series of Port Orleans French Quarter at Walt Disney World, as requested by =wolf-grrl (and also for =Caliypsoe because I know she loves the resort.)

Every day is Mardi Gras at French Quarter.

There's another of these jesters in the food court. So he can stare at you while you try to eat.

You can see he stands in front of the Dragon Pool. he faces back towards the lobby.
