One of the shots I considered loading onto my art site. I do love the big multi-shell shots. :D

A series of long exposure fireworks shot I took this last July 3rd at my uncle's.

The first thing I would recommend is a tripod. It's a must for fireworks. A remote clicker for shutter release is also very nice to have.

I usually shoot fireworks on the lowest ISO the camera can go. 80 or 100. Aperture small (high number). My mom's camera maxes out at 8.0. I shoot fireworks on my Canon at 11.0, usually. I generally use between a 4 and 6 second shutter speed. Depends on how dark the sky is. If it's near twilight I have to use a shorter shutter speed because the sky will end up bright blue with a longer one. :lol:
